Russian president Vladimir Putin has a  way of giving other world leaders fits.

But as it turns out Putin has something that has him pulling out his hair. It’s rap music.

During a recent meeting in St. Petersburg, Russia, with cultural advisors, Putin said he was alarmed by rap’s growing popularity among the nation’s youth, and he would like to control it, according to The New York Times, which reported the story.

Putin believes rap is based on sex, drugs and protest, but he finds the music’s prevalent drug themes worrisome.

“Drug propaganda is worse than cursing. This is the path to degrading the nation,” the said according to the  Times.
