Bannon arrested
Stephen Bannon, a confidant of former President Donald Trump, has been indicted as part of “WeBuildTheWall, Inc.” scheme which netted more than $15 million from thousands of donors across the country. In New York State Court, Bannon, 68, was charged with two counts of money laundering in the second degree, conspiracy in the fourth degree, one count of scheming to defraud in the first degree and one count of conspiracy in the fifth degree, said Manhattan District Attorney Alvin L. Bragg, Jr. and New York Attorney General Letitia James.
